The ML350 G3 can address up to 8GB of memory when (4) 2GB PC3200 Registered DIMMs are installed. Memory Interleaving is also supported with 2GB maximum. (Your O/S must support >4GB of memory for this configuration to be recognized.)

Each BL20p has an integrated Smart Array 641 RAID controller that attaches to the 6 hot-plug bays on the front of the server. Up to (6) 300GB 15K U320 SCSI drives can be installed (HP documentation suggests 6x 146GB 10K modules.)
