The ML350 G4 can address up to 8GB of memory when (4) 2GB PC2700 ECC DIMMs are installed. The ML350 G3 requires memory interleaving / installing DIMMs in identical pairs. (Your O/S must support >4GB of memory for this configuration to be recognized.)

| Internal Storage |
The ML350 G4 has an integrated Smart Array 641 RAID controller that attaches to the 6 hot-plug bays on the front of the server or a dual channel U320 SCSI controller that attached to 4 non-hotswap bays. Up to (6) 300GB 15K U320 SCSI drives can be installed in the hot-swap bays. ***(Please contact us for non-hotswap upgrade options.)
