The ML370 G3 supports up to 12GB of PC2100 Registered SDRAM when (6) 2GB DIMMS are installed. (Note: Your O/S must be capable of addressing >4GB of RAM to support this configuration.)

| Internal Storage |
The ML370 G3 ships with either an integrated Ultra3 SCSI controller or Smart Array 6402 RIAD controller. Both controllers connect to the (6) Hot-Swap Drive bays on the front of the server. Up to (6) 300GB 15K U320 SCSI drives can be installed. (U320 SCSI drives are backward compatible with Ultra3 SCSI speeds)
