The DL380 G4 has an integrated Smart Array 6i U320 RAID controller OR 6402/6404/641/642 SAS controller. Please note that both Small Form Factor SAS and Large Form Factor 3.5" SCSI drives are supported in the G4, but no single server will support both drive types. Up to (6) 300GB 15K SCSI drives or (8) 300GB 10K SAS drives can be installed.
