HPE Hard Disk Drives (HDDs) for ProLiant Gen8 and select Smart Array Controller Direct Attached Storage JBOD Enclosures deliver proven performance at popular capacities for many workloads ranging from small businesses to large enterprises. HPE hard disk drives are optimized to deliver maximum performance on HPE server platforms, and are proven for applications that demand reliable performance in 24x7 operational environments.

These HPE HDDs are available for two types of workloads, Enterprise (ENT) and Midline (MDL). Both have a SAS interface with a variety of growing capacity points and speeds.

HPE SmartDrive Carrier (SC) drives are used in ProLiant Gen8 Servers, ProLiant Gen9 Servers, ProLiant Gen10 Servers, and HPE D3600/D3700 Enclosures. Select drives by HPE Option Description on the left sidebar or select by Spare Part number on the right sidebar for price and availability.
